By accessing and using AIDO's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our manufacturing and customization services for fishing apparel and outdoor clothing.

AIDO provides professional OEM/ODM manufacturing services for fishing apparel and outdoor clothing. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Custom design and product development
• Fabric selection and sourcing
• Sample development and prototyping
• Mass production and quality control
• Custom packaging and branding solutions
• Logistics and shipping coordination

All orders must be placed through our official channels with detailed specifications including design requirements, quantities, materials, and delivery timelines.

All products manufactured by AIDO comply with international quality standards and certifications:

Payment terms are established based on order value and customer relationship. Standard payment schedule includes:

• 30% deposit upon order confirmation
• 70% balance before shipment
• Sample fees: 100% in advance
• Accepted payment methods: T/T, L/C, PayPal

Delivery times are estimated based on order complexity and quantity. Standard lead times:

Shipping costs and delivery terms are quoted separately based on destination and shipping method preferences.

All custom designs, patterns, and specifications provided by customers remain their intellectual property. AIDO commits to maintaining confidentiality and will not reproduce or share customer designs with third parties.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their designs do not infringe on existing trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights.

AIDO's liability is limited to the replacement or refund of defective products within the agreed quality standards. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Claims for defective products must be reported within 30 days of delivery with supporting documentation and photos.

AIDO reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to existing customers via email or through our official website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
